My only problem was with the initial exam while the ladies were very nice, but I had a problem with the chin place ment for the two machines. They need to be more adjustable so the patient can be more comfortable. I have never been not able to get closer and more comfortable while being programmed with the machines!!
Switched to this clinic after my old opticians office stopped taking my insurance and i'm so happy about it. The whole staff is kind and very thorough, Alma always makes u feel so welcome. Definitely a customer for life here.
Great experience from the staff and the doctor. Clean environment, knowledgeable staff, and a knowledgeable doctor who listens to your concerns. He diagnosed our eye concerns, explained well and showed pictures to make sure we understood. They had a wide choice of frames and were excellent in helping us make our choices and getting us checked out. This was our first visit and we were very pleased, will continue to come here and highly recommend.
