Jonathan was very friendly and courteous. Made a key copy in less than a minute and charged a very fair price (compared to the competitor automated kiosks). I will definitely recommend their locksmith services.
Wish I had known about this place sooner! I brought in a key fob for a Lexus that needed programming after unsuccessful attempts with other locksmiths. They were able to get a new fob programmed quickly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend!!
My safe door was having issues jamming so I went to one place and they said that they can’t possibly fix it and was recommended going to Michael’s. I went in there and explained the issue what was going on and Josh was easily able to figure out what’s going on and was able to fix it. I was able to put the door back on the safe properly and it works like a normal safe combination lock like it did once before. I also really liked how affordable it was to get it fixed in store. For that they have my business.
