“thought about giving 4⭐, but we did eventually get what we came for. was referred to Michael's by business customer (automotive) to get cloned key for our 2013 4Runner.took a while to figure out but we eventually got exactly what we needed... plus they threw in the key they cut without the electronics (basically.... just a KEY!). checked out amazing selection of home security options, huge selection of novelty key blanks, and some locks that really blew my mind. they do install locally, a big plus. it cost us a lot to get that extra key for my car, but the peace of mind it'll give me next time I lock my keys in the car is worth it... and it was still cheaper than having someone come out and open it up for me (the car was running and the alarm armed when it happened). they were REALLY nice, even though the situation was a bit complicated. appreciated that a lot.“
