Nice gym. What really makes it better than other gyms is the people, such as Jay Perez. He actually seems to care about the customer and their health. I would highly recommend using Jay Perez for any training needs you have.
Ive been going to Lifetime for a few months now. I have been very happy with my experiences at this gym. I recently had a session with Jay, one of their many dynamic personal trainers. I was genuinely amazed at the wealth of knowledge Jay had! He was intuitive, perceptive & spot on with his assessment of my strengths & weaknesses. Jay was very professional. He provided excellent suggestions for me and was thorough in creating a plan that would work for me. I’m super happy with him and I would highly recommend Jay!
Truly enjoy working out at this Lifetime. Choose this one over others in the area due to the absolutely awesome trainers. Classes are always high energy and a good size. Trainers always push you to add more weight and do more than you think you can.
