This was my first visit to BrowGenius and it did not disappoint! Rachel was great! I am a little claustrophobic and she was patient and explained the experience. I went in for my first Brow Lift and tint and also a brow wax. Rachel's communication was great via text and appointment was on time. He suite is super comfortable with cooling fan and blanket it you need it, along with some relaxing music. My Lash Tint was a process and my lashes were not cooperating and neither were my tear ducts. I have stick straight lashes and the lift did not take very well.
