Cuts by Connie-highly recommended! She did an excellent job with my layered cut and color! My hair was in desperate need of some TLC, it had been at least 2 years since I had done *anything* to it. She also recommended a hard water shampoo/conditioner to help me going forward (I have harsh well water). Just moved to the area and it looks like I've found my stylist! :)
