Jan 16th, outside temp in teens, my son's apt was not heating up enough, called Reid, he was upfront honest about his trip charge, went immediately, identified that the equipment was holding to current temp, educated my son about 'Emergency heat Switch", told me that we have to use that when the temp goes like this. Prompt and courteous guy, I will highly recommend their service to anyone around College Station.
Reid and and his Dad did an efficient and thorough job of cleaning our dryer vent in a timely manner. They were both friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I'll use them again when needed.
