OMG! R&R is the way to go y’all! We had a new unit installed last year and we were not happy with the service that was provided then. We rolled into this summer with our house constantly at 82 degrees, only at night did it go down to the temperature set. After being told everything was fine from the previous company, we knew we had to do something. We finally contacted Reed and Ryan who were not only so quick in getting back to us, they were here the next day! They found the issue from the previous company and explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand and offered fair pricing. Two days later, our home is finally comfortable to live in again. We are overjoyed! R&R truly cares about their customers and are so knowledgeable! 100/10 recommend!
We had an after hours emergency. AC decided it didn't want to cool. Called R&R and he was prompt and courteous! Drove over 30 miles to our house, after 7pm!! Very thorough and professional!! Fixed the issue and we were cooling in no time! We won't use anyone else from now on!!
