We found our AC unit wasn’t working last night, so I called Malek for consultation. Because our unit was initially installed in 2009, we decided to replace it. After a phone call in the morning, Dominic Williams came at around 10:00 am. He explained everything clearly and professionally. After a thorough discussion on all the options, I signed a contract. A crew of four technicians came at around 2:00 pm. They were polite, professional, and efficient. Now at 7:00 pm, all the replacement work was finished. I am sitting in a cozy cool room with a brand new, quiet but efficient Carrier AC unit! I would recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a new HVAC system.
