David was a fantastic technician and helped make sure we had every bit of information we needed so we could get our water heater replaced! Malek are truly one of a kind and I would recommend them to anyone looking for FAST, professional service in the B/CS area!
The Malek Compnay has always been responsive to my situation.They have choices to what is necessary to the functionality of my system and never try md sell me anything that I don’t need or want. They give me the choice based on their experience as to what is needed to repair the problem. They are punctual and always drive with in the time frame. They Lao stay connected as to when they will arrive which is gret for me and my busy schedule.
Malek Services has been great to work with. Their Total Protection Plan has worked out perfectly. I do not even have to remember to schedule the maintenance visit. Other companies will make you call them to schedule the maintenance. This is an extra bonus especially with multiple properties to take care of.
