Wayne picked up the phone personally the morning I called Five Star to get a quote, and from that moment on you'd think we were his only customer. He came out the next day to begin an estimate, taking his time and then calling a few times to discuss nuances and variations. Our project was a little unusual, and Wayne and his crew handled it with great care and skill.
