I recently visited Scott & White as a walk-in patient, and I had a very positive experience from start to finish.
The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They made the check-in process smooth and helped me feel at ease right away, which I really appreciated.The staff member who took my vitals was kind, attentive, and professional. During my 5/29/26 appointment with Dr. Anu John, she was attentive, efficient in her assessment of my wound and cleaned/bandaged the wound herself since a nurse was unavailable at that time. I was impressed with her professional approach and informed responses to my questions.
The nurses who took care of me were wonderful and professional. They figured out a treatment plan and explained it to me. I started feeling better within 24 hours. I’m very thankful for their care.
