I got a call when he was on the way with an estimated time of arrival, and Don was friendly, helpful, and thorough. He inspected the entire house before doing any work, pointed out some current issues and also potential issues to be looking for in the future. He made some recommendations and explained his reasoning, and most importantly found the problem without having to remove my entire bathtub which saved us a ton of time, money, and headache.
