We had an overall excellent experience working with UBuildIt in Schertz to build our home. We are very pleased with how the house turned out, and we had positive experiences with most of the subcontractors throughout the process.
Our consultant, Ron, was amazing and supportive from start to finish. He answered my many, many questions with patience and was always willing to help guide us through the process. Having someone so responsive and knowledgeable made a huge difference.

UBuildIt San Antonio - Schertz was the best decision in building our forever home. We had become aware of their process of helping teach and lead you as the General Contractor to put sweat equity into your home and save on the cost of building. Besides saving on the costs of our home, we were able to pick all the features, amenities, and choices we wanted for our home and weren't limited to 'what the builder' offered. We were the builder, so it was our choice. Their collection of subcontractors, which we got multiple bids from, were great and we had the freedom to use a contractor we knew in particular trades for some of the work. My husband and I built our home using Ubuildit and could not be more satisfied. This was our third home building process and by far the best experience. We absolutely love our new home!
Using Ubuildit puts you in the driver's seat of the house build while supporting you in the process, even with no contractor or building experience. We were able to see everywhere the money is being spent, and cut back in some areas while splurging in others, and ultimately coming under budget for the build!
If we ever come to build another home, Ubuildit will be who we use again. Thank you Lee and all of your staff! We are very happy Ubuildit customers!
