Great experience from start to finish. Greg was very responsive after our HVAC gave way during the power outage and heatwave.The techs were all very professional. What I liked most was them pointing out the shipping damage to the furnace. It's something that could have easily been hidden. That is above and beyond and speaks to their integrity and the integrity of the company.
This year both our AC and furnace were acting up. Garden Industrial Heating & Cooling did both service jobs very well. The Receptionist was professional and friendly; Technicians were punctual and very knowledgeable. They also handled the extended warranty parts claims with ease. Good pricing for very high quality work!
