I have been a customer with ya'll for 3 years. Ya'll saved one of my ferrets when he was just a baby cause he swallowed a toy and need emergency surgery. Staff is extremely nice from making appoints to calling and checking on your pets. Dr Jeremy to me is the best ferret doctor and I will definitely be doing business with ya'll in the future.
Being able to bring our slightly anxious cat in on a quiet Sunday was an unexpected bonus when we booked our first exam. The staff is all super friendly, our appointment turnaround was fairly quick, and the facility overall was pleasant. We will be bringing future pets to this location, for sure. Glad to have heard about this gem from other locals with such high praise over the years!
Absolutely love this place so far. Being a dog parent is really new to me and the team over at Block House has been a great help with guidance around her diet and general care. They had been recommended to us by our groomer at Plush Pad. We’ve been grateful ever since. They’re super patient with our anxious puppy and each specialist has such a great vibe that she’s felt comfortable interacting with everyone.
We also appreciate that their staff gave us and our doggo a chance to wait in the patient care room ahead of our visit, so that she was less likely to get agitated while waiting.
Highly recommend Block House Creek✨🦮
