After having a bad experience at a bigger vet, I was recommend Thrive by a friend. The check-in was so fast and I was seen right away. The vet tech and the vet were both so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They were transparent about pricing and I didn't feel pushed to purchase anything. Overall had such a great experience!
I took my dog Nico in for an emergency abdominal infection, as a new client. All of the staff were compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond, to help us. The Cedar Park location and their staff were wonderful! Timely and efficient and they took great care of our dog providing the peace of mind we needed…especially entering the weekend. Excellent experience!
