Thrive has been wonderful for my fur babies. Whether it was supporting us through having to a make a hard choice for our kitten, dealing with our chaotic and very energetic German shepherd, or giving our new kitty his annual check up! Everyone is incredibly kind and compassionate. Prices everywhere are expensive but going somewhere where they show compassion for your babies makes it a little easier to swallow. Highly recommend Thrive!
I’ve been bringing my chihuahua here for years. Receptionist it is amazing! Staff always greets my dog with kindness and love and tenderness! My dog is never scared when she comes home. Vet is great, explains my options, and their estimates for large procedures breakdown necessary and optional costs well.
I was able to get my dog in same day and the staff treated us like we had been coming there for years . Each member, especially our tech was super kind towards my dog . The appointment was quick but I did not feel rushed . The doctor gave me full explanations on what could be making my pup sick and let me choose what steps to take . Nothing felt forced . Also shout out to our tech who walked with me and my dog to help get a stool sample . All in all it was a great first experience!
