I love this LensCrafters location because they have a big selection of frames, and a great customer service. Shout out to Michael for his assistance in getting my new prescription sunglasses, and to Daniel for servicing my older frames that I had previously purchased here too.Manager Nick was also very helpful in fixing a minor issue, and he provided a superb customer service by calling to keep me informed.Everyone working here is just great and very friendly. This is the best LensCarfters location in the Austin area.
Received such great customer care and they have a really nice selection of frames! I was able to get my prescription glasses order completed and delivered on the same day as well. Definitely coming back to this location for more glasses!
I went in late in the evening with an emergency eyeglass repair. Nick had a great attitude and had it done in less than five minutes. Excellent customer service. First time there and I won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks again, Nick!
