My dental anxiety is so bad that it could be considered almost phobic. But every time I go to Dr. Collier I feel so supported by her and her team. Her dental work is flawless and the customer service is excellent. I still experience the sensory overload, but there is no place I feel safer while going through it. From the lip moisturizer, to the thorough explanation of my needs, to reminding me to breathe through my nose, she and her team are on it.
I decided to make Indigo Dentistry my go-to office for my dental needs over four years ago, and I still do not regret my decision! From the time I walk in to making my follow-up appointment after my visit I always feel welcomed and know they value me. Dr. Collier and her staff take pride in offering the best service to their patients. They offer a breakdown of services with costs, tell exactly what they see and give recommendations, and for that I am thankful. I've finally found my dentist. I've been searching for several years. I was going to one of the ones that has multiple locations, with billboards all across DFW; while I liked some of what was offered & how the concept helped the community it was in, I wasn't trying to be at the dentist all day but unfortunately that became the normfor evn a routine cleaning.
