“I have been a patient at Monarch Dental in Cedar Hill for more than five years, and throughout that time my experience has been outstanding. The staff has consistently been professional, friendly, caring, and welcoming.<br>I would especially like to recognize Ms. Mabel, Yolanda, and Helen for the exceptional service they provide.<br>When I walk into Monarch Dental, I am greeted by Ms. Mabel’s smiling face and friendly welcome. For a patient like me who can sometimes be nervous about going to the dentist, that makes a real difference. On one occasion, my insurance did not fully cover the dental treatment I needed. Ms. Mabel immediately stepped in and explained that Monarch had financial assistance options that might help me. She treated me as more than just another patient. She took the time to help me find an option I could afford, and I have never forgotten that kindness.<br>Mabel, Yolanda, and Helen also demonstrate what teamwork should look like. When the front desk becomes busy, they assist one another and make sure patients are taken care of. They are knowledgeable in their individual responsibilities, but they never seem to have the attitude that something is “not my job.” They work together for the benefit of the patients.<br>I would also like to recognize the excellent care I receive from the hygienist. She is professional, patient, and very good at communicating what she is doing. Most importantly for me, she knows how to calm a nervous patient, and that is not a small accomplishment.<br>Another thing I appreciate about the Cedar Hill team is how carefully they explain treatment. Whether a patient is there for a cleaning, filling, crown, or another dental procedure, the staff takes time to explain what will be done, review X-rays, answer questions, and make sure the patient understands. That level of communication helps build trust and makes the dental experience much less stressful.<br>I do not know whether Monarch Dental has an Employee of the Month or another recognition program, but I believe Ms. Mabel, Yolanda, and Helen deserve to be recognized for the outstanding service they provide. Employees who consistently make patients feel valued and cared for are employees worth keeping.<br>I also want other patients to know that if financial concerns are preventing them from getting needed dental treatment, they should not be embarrassed or afraid to ask about available options. I asked for help when I needed it, and Ms. Mabel helped me find an option that saved me a considerable amount of money. I am very grateful that I asked.<br>Because of the care I receive from this team, I no longer mind going to the dentist twice a year. “I absolutely dread the dentist. I was pushing off two root canals for almost 2 years because Of how scared I was…. These guys top to bottom, made this experience, almost enjoyable. Their admin team are Incredible and some of the nicest ladies I’ve ever met. I was expecting to get two root canals done because my previous dentist told me I needed them.<br>After Dr. Clark reviewed my x-rays, He determined that I only needed to do one and performed the work accordingly, and I cannot express enough how I was almost like comfortable while they were doing the work.<br>10 out of 5 stars.”
