As I told the customer service representative, my cousin ordered this hair back in late 2021/ early 2022. Her hair is still luscious after all this time. I thought I would splurge on myself for my birthday. I have never been more disappointed with hair in my entire life. The hair literally feels like barbie doll hair. You cannot run your fingers through the hair as they advertise on Instagram. When I brought these concerns to their customer service, they suggested I don't use my fingers but use a brush instead and that they did not find anything wrong with it.
