John showed up on time and solved a problem that no other HVAC person could correct, tracking down a warranty and handling the entire process. He is courteous, prompt, and professional, fixing issues like AC units running constantly and leaks. The company replaces compressors, capacitors, and old units, and performs yearly maintenance. Pricing is excellent, fair, and affordable. Work is fast, friendly, and timely, with great customer service. John installed a soft start, replaced a capacitor, and ensured everything was running well. The team is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and service is highly recommended to anybody.

Excellent service! We had John install an exhaust fan above our shower. He also cleaned our A/C unit and installed a UV bulb inside our unit to inhibit mold growth and reduce allergens! We are SO excited about it, as we suffer from the East Texas allergies and are sensitive to mold.
I've had multiple companies come to service my HVAC units and I have to say, I've never been so impressed with the team of Berry's Heating and Cooling. They immediately made me comfortable with inviting them into my home. They serviced both of my units and explained everything in detail...(where I could understand). I can't recommend them enough. The care and the honesty of the team is truly unbelievable. It's hard to find a company nowadays that are not just trying to get a payment out of you. These guys are definitely not in that category and now that I've had the awesome opportunity to meet them and the service and honesty they are about, Berry Heating and Cooling will be the ONLY HVAC company I'll be using.
