Everyone I dealt with were highly professional. The technicians who did the install were very neat, did the work efficiently, and were very courteous.

The repairman was professional, on time, and fixed the AC quickly, explaining everything clearly. They also followed up to ensure everything was still working properly. Technicians serviced the air conditioner, checked all the equipment, and fixed the issue. They recharged a mini split with Freon, showed the leak, and explained the pros/cons of replacing vs. repairing. A large repair took several days, and a window unit was provided to keep the family comfortable during the process. The consideration and empathy were appreciated. They are thorough and professional, and highly recommended for fast, reliable service and any issues one might have.

A/C went out on a hot Saturday today at 5:30pm. Called the Company who installed it. See you Tuesday they said. So I Called Carthage Air. Cody Lake got us up & cooling. In less than 90 minutes. Best service ever & will use them in the future. Thank you Cody & Carthage Air.

Carthage Air is an awesome Company to deal with. Xavier came within an hour of our call. He figured out the problem why the AC didn't work. He gave us 2 window units to use to get us through the hottest week of the year! Kyle came out and gave us all our options and went over everything with us. We went with a new unit. The installation was done by Cody and his helper who both did an amazing job. Everyone was great and friendly. They cleaned up everything at end of the installation. We were very pleased with everyone, their timely response, there work ethics and would recommend this Company to anyone.
