However, some customers have had negative experiences with a particular optician, who made things difficult, responded defensively, and improperly adjusted their glasses. Thankfully, the staff at other locations were able to provide excellent service and make the necessary adjustments. Overall, this MyEyeDr. location is praised for its class act service, with patients highlighting the punctuality of appointments, Dr. Peterson's patience in answering questions, and the wide range of frames available at great prices.
I drive all the way from Euless to see Dr. Peterson because he’s worth it. I’ve had Keratoconus since I was 10, and after more than 30 years, he’s the best eye doctor I’ve ever had. He’s knowledgeable, caring, and was able to see me right away when I had a painful cornea issue.
Ashley is always so friendly and has a great personality. I also want to give a shoutout to Tiffany for helping my son with his glasses. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. Great team all around!
This place is great. The employees are personable and very nice to work with. I had an issue with some glasses that I ordered. They went above and beyond from a customer service experience. Way better than the REI in Prosper. Don't ever go there.
Dr.Peck is experienced and thorough. I highly recommend her if you have an astigmatism. This is my third pair of glasses from this specific location. What sets them apart is their customer service. This round of glasses, I was very indecisive and even requested a new pair of lenses & frames. Brian & his team continued to provide patience & great customer service until I found my perfect pair. Although I live in Dallas and have several locations closer, I highly recommend this specific location. Thank you!
