Full disclosure. I would have bought a certain model of Mac here at the time a few years ago, but they did not have it in stock and I was in a pinch. A month after getting this iMac 27", I came in one day and the display had fallen forward. I sent it back for a warranty repair with the reseller (Not macdaddy). They fixed it, but the audio was never right. I had to use third party microphones etc. to have decent audio. Finally I took into Mac Daddys as they are my go to shop for repairs. They said that sometimes companies (not them) use aftermarket tape to hold the display on. Turns out the company I purchased it from originally (not Mac daddy) used tape on top of tape....read full review

MacDaddy’s is the place to go I let this other computer repair company try an fix my MacBook Pro , they had my computer for w whole week an still was unable to fix my laptop , so I took the laptop over to MacDaddy’s an my boy Kaleb did a super job three day turn around , I am a professional DJ/VJ for over 25 years am now MacDaddy’s has a new client . LET’S GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a buildup of debris in my charge port in my iPhone. It would not charge at all. They cleaned it for me at no charge and got my phone working again. Lifesavers and I will return to the store. Thanks guys for a great service !Update: MacDaddys hits another home run! This time my phone was completely dead and unusable. Having to buy another phone on the spot, Kirk and Kayden worked with me to make that happen. Suffice it to say they went way, way out of their way to accommodate me! These guys redefine the term “customer service”! Thanks guys!!Who’s your daddy?? MacDaddys! ?
