Oh my goodness. Dan made my day. My daughter had pulled her charging cable out of her iPad so a small piece got broken in there. I took it in and within five minutes Dan had not only fixed it, but didn't even charge me. He was super nice and helpful. Did I mention this happened the day before our road trip?? Thank you so much! We will definitely be back when my kids inevitably cause more issues.
Dan was a very helpful gentlemen he honestly did the impossible walked in with my phone not turning on came to this location after being rejected by Apple them selves and Dan seemed very confident that it could be done. Told me when to come back for it 2 hours later and was done right on time. Very great technician!
