Ms Yolanda is very personal, precise, patient, I start my sister's loc journey 5 years ago, I have natural curl fine hair, that wasn't locing at first Ms Yolanda said look I'm NOT going to keep taking your money, if this hair keeps coming down, she had to almost redo my hair ALL over from the beginning. But this hair got some ACT RIGHT!!! Now my hair is middle of my back in length and my salt and pepper look is getting LOTS of Compliments. Great Job!!! I was referred to her by my co-worker who had sister's Loc and since cut them off and return to the sister's Loc family
