Oh my, were my expectations exceeded! I'm from San Antonio and was in town, so I decided to give this salon a try! I've been curious for about this place for a year so I finally bit the bullet. Alex was my stylist and he was so gentle with hair and was very nice. He did such a great job on styling and cutting, my hair came out exactly how the references I showed him. I will 100% be returning whenever I need a cut, I was very impressed!
They’re so nice! I’ve been asking them nonstop when the new haltom location is opening and just decided to come to this original location instead. They’re recognized me from my Instagram dms (sorry if I’m bothering you with my million questions). They were so polite to answer any questions about perms, made recommendations instead of just trying to sell me a different treatment. I got a bang trim and perm and I loooove it. Very polite and thorough, I wasn’t expecting a full head wash with the perm but whatever shampoo and conditioner they used left my hair clean and soft for days!! I can’t wait for their new location
My perm that I got on vacation last year was in need of a refresh, so I booked with Elly after seeing her work on IG. I asked for a C-curl perm with long layers and a bit of face framing, and she gave me exactly what I asked for. She was meticulous with my haircut and gave me helpful tips on how to style my perm at home afterwards. She was even nice enough to let me come in for a free bang trim a few days later because I somehow forgot to ask for the bangs I wanted!! Such great service and everyone else at the salon was kind and professional. It’s been almost a month and I still love the results - I will be back for my future hair styling needs for sure!
