I purchased flooring here several years ago and wanted to have more of the same product installed. I have called many times and left voice mails. No one will even return my call. Horrible customer service.
Called 3 days trying to get a hold of someone to do a bid. No return phone calls...Operator could not put anyone on the phone to help. Very frustrating when you are trying to give them work and they wont call you back
