251 SW Wilshire Blvd #115-B, Burleson“We had a leak in our new home after a 3rd party installed our washer & dryer. It affected 2 floors of the house. SERVPRO did an excellent job mitigating the damage and drying the house. They had to remove ceramic tile, hardwood floor, and drywall from the ceiling. They cleaned after each stage of the mitigation. We commented we found very little dust considering the size of the job. I feel confident the job was done thoroughly. I’d absolutely recommend them.“

“Dixon (business owner) chose the wrong occupation. He should have been a street cop. The man has the patience of Job. We are so thankful our son recommended him. I called the day after a damaging storm. He came out later that day and saw enough damage to warrant an evaluation by our insurance company. He also made sure his guys covered the damage so things wouldn’t get worse. They were just in time as a monsoon struck about 8-9 hours later. Insurance sent out a Pickle Puss adjuster who wasted all our time. Dixon usually walks/talks to the adjusters. PP wasn’t having it. Sure enough, he was from the same school as NBA/NFL refs. The fix was in.
Dixon wasn’t deterred. He came back out for more photos and markings to support an appeal. The second opinion appeal was denied by ol’ PP himself. Interesting how one can get a second opinion from the same person who did the first. Anyhow, I digress. Dixon kept fighting them and me informed. We worked together and got another inspection. He couldn’t make it for medical reasons but made sure one of his associates was on hand. This inspection totaled the roof to the tune of about $26k.
Dixon provided a detailed report for supplies and an estimate. He went over everything with me several times so it would penetrate my dense skull. Never did he get frustrated. Dixon just explained adjusters like ol’ PP represented the dark side of dealing with some insurance companies. Once the adjusters report made it through review Dixon called me and scheduled the install. I believe at the time they were less than two weeks out.
The job foreman arrived and went over all the details the morning of installation. He took pictures before, and the crew started covering everything. They made sure no AC’s, structures, shrubs, or any personal property was damaged. It took two days. Honeybees added some recommended ventilation and moved another vent pipe. They made sure the yard was clear of debris and nails. They went over the yard several times with a magnet and by hand to make sure our dogs wouldn’t get hurt.
The insurance payment process is a bit timely and confusing. Dixon stayed in touch and walked me through it. He would not take any payments from me until insurance had already covered their portion.
I want to thank Dixon and his whole crew at Honeybee’s Roofing. They gave me all the information my insurance company should have but didn’t. I could have typed another hour and still not covered the mess Dixon helped me navigate. Honeybee’s would be my first call for future roofing issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.“
