Had my Heatilator gas fireplace serviced. Steven the repair tech did a fantastic job. Replaced my bad pilot valve. Checked the fireplace operation and made sure it was safe to use. Gave me some pointers and info on my model which was very helpful. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to experience such professionalism. Will be a returning customer.

Parrish and Co. team is deep in customer service and expertise. Peter is an excellent customer-facing designer. Tony is an amazing builder and installer. Tony worked out issues with the existing structure, volunteered to be here with the countertop installation, and helped think through the entire project for a great outdoor kitchen.

My gas fired fireplace, installed by Parrish and CO, is one of the best investments I ever made for the comfort and enjoyment in my home. It is such a pleasure to turn on my Parrish installed fireplace first thing in the morning to enjoy the warmth and flames as I read my over night emails.
