I had my first yoga class tonight with Jennifer as my instructor. She was absolutely amazing. There were moves I couldn’t do and she was so encouraging. Never once did I feel any judgement for being a beginner. Definitely will be going back!

I am really new to Agave Wellness and I just love it. I have only done two classes and I have left feeling uplifted, more patient, less stressed and slowly getting a handle and a re-direct on the work from home life that has sabotaged my health journey since Covid set in. The combination of a sedentary lifestyle (9+ hours behind a monitor all day), the skipping of an actual lunch hour, but eating at my desk and the lack of desire to engage with the outside world seems to be dissipating with each interaction at Agave. LOVE Agave Studio! The instructors are top notch and always addressing individual needs. The variety of classes offered is nice, and accommodating. ! I always leave their feeling so much better than when I walked in! Jennifer is an amazing instructor and her classes are my favorite!! 5 ⭐️ for Agave!!
