When they sent a text saying that Dane was on his way, a picture of him was also sent, which is appreciated for safety reasons. He was sent by the insurance company to determine if there was a leak in the plumbing. He worked hard from 9:30 - 3:30 without a break. He explained the results very clearly and patiently answered my questions. I can’t address value for money because my insurance company paid for it, but the work seemed thorough to me.“
