“Unfortunately, in early January we noticed the water level in our pool starting to deplete steadily. We were advised that American Leak Detection San Antonio/Austin located in Boerne were top of line leak investigators and were lucky to get on their busy calendar. Within 8 hours of their arrival, the team led by Fabio Garcia were able to detect the plumbing breaks in the pool (8’ below the deck) and the separate plugging of the line beneath our spa. Within 24 hours they provided me with a detailed inspection report and a separate pool and spa repair proposal. Their work, coordinated by Noel and lead by Fabio was professional, exceptional and friendly. Their teams worked very quickly and all work and plumbing was retested. “The roofers were replacing my roof from hail damage and they needed to to have the plumber diagnose some vent pipe issues before they could seal the vent pipes in. Brian was able to squeeze us in for a last minute inspection enabling the roofers to finish.He also inspected some water lines in the attic that needed some insulation repairs which he scheduled for another call. Very professional and I highly recommend him!“
