Our 15 year old Seer 13 AC was on its last leg and dripping condensation from our return vent. Garland and Nick came out to try to repair, but we needed new system . We went with American Standard 18 Seer Variable Speed Heat Pump. OMG, this system rocks. We made the decision on Wednesday and Garland and Nick installed on Friday. Garlands Indoor Comfort did a great job installing our new system today. He came out and gave me a quote on Monday 12/29/25 and installed it today Wednesday 12/31/25. And said they would be here between 8 and 8:30 am but actually here shortly be for 8:00 am. Great service and on time.
