“I have been using this place for about a year now. Maybe once every month or two. I typically drop off in the afternoon and am able to pick up after 5 the next day. Prices are reasonable in my opinion compared to other cleaners I tried near this location. I have never had an issue, clothes come back well cleaned and pressed.“

“So I am revising this review. I initially gave it a bad review because the shirt had been marked with black smudges. HOWEVER, the fact that Eric the owner reached out to me personally to rectify the problem to my liking, inconvenienced himself to drive to my house and pick up the shirts, agreed to hold on to them till I got back in town a week from now, and bring them back to my house. This man is running an outstanding business that he stands behind, and I deeply respect that! I would happily take my clothing to him again because I know they will do a great job and if there is an issue the owner himself, not an employee, will make it right! “Sam's is a family owned business and they have wonderful customer care. I have used them many times for dry cleaning and pressing. I absolutely hate to iron and these guys do it for me every single time. When my sister passed away and we needed to get my fiancee's clothing pressed quickly they literally pressed 4 pairs of pants and a shirt in 10 minutes. I didn't even have to leave. You can't find service like this anymore. As long as I live in this area I will use Sam's exclusively.“
“My wife found Kites while search for a company to clean out area rug in the family room. After a year of the dog sleeping on it, a new kitten and general use the rug had become dirty a matted. They did an excellent job of cleaning the rug and restoring the pile back to close to original. I am really impressed with overall job. They picked up the rug and delivered it. Staff is very polite and courteous. We will be using them again for future needs.“
