I recommend Kite Alte Mere,Fort Worth 100% !! I don't usually dry clean my clothes, so I wasn’t sure of the process. I dropped my dress off to be dry cleaned around 7:15 that morning and was giving an estimated time to pick it up NEXT DAY! I received a text message before 2pm the same day, and my dress was ready!! I was impressed to say the least.
Had a small area rug cleaned. All three employees I talked with were courteous and professional. Everything went well, carpet looks and smells great. The only complaint I have is that we were told the rug would be ready on 8/12, and in actuality it wasn’t ready to be picked up until 8/17.
