I took my mother’s and my mother-in-law’s 1950’s wedding dress and lace Bolero to Kites Wedding Gown Specialists. Both had yellowed over the years. Kites did a phenomenal job of cleaning one of them and refurbishing the other. I highly recommend using their services to bring a wedding gown back to life!
I was not expecting home delivery for my rug cleaning of a heavy 8 x 10 rug, but they did and brought it inside and even offered to lay it out underneath my furniture, That really is wonderful customer service it feels like a Hometown company and I highly recommend them. Even though my wife and I are retired and no longer regularly use their services, the staff always remembers us and treats us like gold. Our clothing items always come out in great condition. Staff even noticed a broken button on a sport coat and contacted me to ask if I wanted it replaced. Will always use Kites Custom Cleaners and HIGHLY recommend!
