They take wonderful care of clothes, including a handmade knitted coat from 1968 that was returned fresh and ready to enjoy. The work is impeccable, with good results completely removing grease stains. While a little pricey, the service for uniforms, suits, and shirts is excellent. Customers have used them for years with never a lost or damaged item, and highly recommend the business.
I took my 50 year old wedding dress apart and remade it into a cocktail dress to wear for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. I took it to Kites to have cleaned. I was a tad nervous because it’s 50 years old. But they were so nice and texted the next day that it was ready. Picked it up and looks beautiful and I cannot wait to wear it. The girl was so excited for me and we loved my story. I highly recommend Kites.
