“If you are looking for true attention to detail and professionalism, look no further. This Bond Cleaners is the place to go! I brought them a formal dress I had worn back in 2018 that had mud stains on the bottom, due to an outdoor wedding. I told them I was not looking for perfection, but was hoping it could be cleaned to wear to another outdoor wedding in a month. I really thought it was a lost cause. However, their team worked magic- getting every speck of mud out and making my dress look brand new. They took the time to call me and keep me updated and making sure my expectations were on the same line as theirs. Just a couple days later, they had it ready. What a fantastic outcome! “World class Cleaners. I chose this particular place because I like to support local and they have a plant on site. That means they do not ship their clothes out to clean. This is very important when having something laundered. I’ve been with them for years. Lisa and the crew are top-notch. Always friendly and willing to help. Prices are definitely competitive. Service and quality is through the roof.

With that said there was an issue with a couple of shirts being discolored. This was obviously a simple mistake with the chemicals and something in the process. It happens at every Cleaners I assure you. Not only did Lisa offer three separate options in order to reconcile this issue. She handled everything with a super professional attitude and manner. All three offers were acceptable and above and beyond what I expected.

Needless to say, I chose to stay with this crew because I trust them and have the utmost respect for their hard work and attention to detail. I still drive across town to let this team do their magic. Definitely a loyal customer and just want to sing their praises.“
