We had such a wonderful experience today with Dr. Batts and her team! My three-year-old had a procedure done, and I honestly could not have asked for better care. The assistant was absolutely incredible — so caring, compassionate, and patient. She explained everything in such a kid-friendly way and my daughter felt so comfortable she reached for her hand to tickle her arms & kiss her glove. Dr.Batts was also extremely patient and kind, taking the time to make sure everything was done with excellence while keeping my daughter at ease. Even when my daughter struggled during the procedure, neither the doctor nor the assistant skipped a beat. They remained calm, patient, and incredibly kind throughout, which spoke volumes about their experience and genuine compassion for children. Coming from someone who works in an orthodontic office myself, I was especially impressed by their chairside manner. You can truly tell when a team is intentional about how they treat their patients, and it shows here. From start to finish, they delivered exceptional care. I am beyond grateful for how smoothly everything went and how comfortable they made my little one feel. Highly, highly recommend! 🤍
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. T and the entire team at the pediatric dental office! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness, making both CoCo and me feel completely at ease. Dr. T has such a gentle, caring manner and really knows how to make kids feel comfortable during their visits. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her young patients, taking the time to explain everything in a way that’s both calm and informative. The staff is equally amazing—so friendly and patient, always ready to answer any questions and make the experience as smooth as possible. The office itself is bright, welcoming, and filled with fun distractions for kids, making it a place my child actually looks forward to visiting- it’s a real vibe. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. T and her team to any parent looking for a fantastic pediatric dentist! The ONLY disappointment is that I can’t be a patient. 🪥 🦷 Hallmark Fam
My son’s first time going to the dentist and he loved it! Hates us brushing his teeth at home, but did not mind the dentist brushing his teeth. She’s a sweetheart with kids❤️ also, it is the cutest office!!!
