I cannot sing their praises enough. From start to finish they were so wonderful. Professional and friendly and we felt like they truly cared. My son has high anxiety and they were so patient with him and also very fast!
Great experience. Cared about getting my daughter comfortable with them along with getting her mouth healthy.
This is the third dentist we’ve tried in the area and I am very pleased.
Update 6/18:
My son's hygienist was phenomenal and so supportive.
Overall, the visit went well, but I wasn't thrilled with the way the dentist spoke to my daughter when she became upset. She had a few baby teeth that were still hanging on because of her braces, and they needed to be pulled today. That's a stressful experience for a child, and I believe little kids should be allowed to cry when they're scared or uncomfortable.
While I understand that dental procedures can be challenging, a little more patience and compassion would have gone a long way. Children need reassurance during moments like these, and I hope future interactions reflect that understanding.
