Root canal done 2 years ago then covid came today still currently waiting on crown very dusty everytime we have been,and yes staff is nice but very neglectful and was told they would call me back and let us know if medicaid would still cover when obviously it was paid for already first crown came back dentist did not like it..then the covid mess...and now been on hold currently for 6 minutes while staff looks and on top of that at her last appointment seeing about the crown after a last visit of 6 months her my daughter's teeth wernt even cleaned!!!may have to seek attorney.

Staff Was Very Friendly & Made Me & My 2 Girls Comfortable So They Wouldn't Be Scared It Has Been A While Since They Have Been To The Dentist Overall experience Was Great

This place is horrible!!! My 2 year old son went to go get 4 teeth capped per his referral and possibly 3 teeth pulled. When we got there, we waited for at least 30 minutes before they took him back. I was allowed to stay while they put him under but then had to leave for the procedure. After about 15 minutes later, they called me back in. Within 5 minutes, they woke him up, rubbed and scratched his back, pulled out the gauze from his mouth, sent me with a few pieces of gauze to stop the bleeding. They told me to keep gauze in his mouth, reminding you that he is only 2 years old. There was no update provided on what they did, they just sent us on our way. When I got to the car, I was able to see through all the blood, that there were no caps and many of his teeth were missing. It was hard to tell through all the blood. They gave me no direction with what could happen with dry socket when drinking out of a sippy cup/straw. I would never send another child here for any kind of service. I would never allow my child especially under the age of 5 to be left alone with such an incompetent staff.
