I originally planned this as a pre-wedding training package, but I now intend to stick with it long-term!“

2040 N Loop W #340, Houston“After being told by multiple friends to go to John for a massage, I finally went . Let me tell you, it was amazing ! He was waiting for me inside the door to discuss what I needed work on/why which was great. I am active duty in the US Army so I work out and run twice a day. I do personal physical therapy but John was hitting pressure points I didn’t know I needed to be massaged. I was put into a trance. He was extremely nice and accommodating. Lighting was perfect , relaxation music was perfect, and he also asked if I wanted the heated table or not . ( I wouldn’t have known it was heated and loved it ) I enjoyed it enough to book a second massage a week later before leaving town! LOL!

I worked primarily with Jessica and Kaitlin, and they were both extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and accommodating. The issue I was dealing with was my mobility and flexibility were not where it needed to be.I knew if I didn't invest in getting that corrected I was going to have some struggles long term. I had used a trainer in the past for about 5 years, but it had been about 4 years since I used one.A good friend had suggested checking out DST and working with Paul Yost. So in February of 2021 I scheduled my assessment with Paul Yost. He took me thru a thorough assessment of where I was and what my goals were.The program I am on is customized for my goals and what I am able to do with lack of flexibility/mobility. He is very knowledgeable and is able to explain what we are doing if I have a question. I accomplished my goal of earning my black belt jiu jitsu and improving my health at the same time.“
