I joined Body Rock after newly having a baby & desperately needing to get out of the house to find some sort of self again. A big thanks to Blair & Sara who were my instructors and were patient with me as I relearned my post partum body, & then the biggest thanks of all to Tiffany who watched baby Sienna during every class I took during my maternity leave. What a refuge for a new mom.... thank you for helping me get stronger both mentally & physically. Baby Sienna looks forward to continuing to grow up in the studio !
