First of all, Dr. Lo was incredibly patient with me. I’ll admit… I was being a literal cry baby during parts of the exam because I absolutely hate bright lights pointed directly into my eyes. ? Despite my dramatic reactions, she stayed calm, reassuring, and walked me through everything step by step so I felt comfortable the whole time. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure you’re okay.

Also, Itzel at the front desk deserves recognition for being amazing. She helped get my appointment set up quickly and even followed up with me before the visit to let me know exactly what the cost would be ahead of time. That level of transparency and communication is honestly so appreciated and made the whole experience stress-free.
