Best optometrist yet! Extremely pleased with the eye exam. The technician was very helpful. Dr. Lai is very experienced and understands patient comfort over just raw performance. Zero pressure to purchase glasses in the shop. Can't recommend enough.
I have been going to Dr. Lai for more than 15 years. I love his timeliness and sincere dedication to his profession. He and his team are still awesome!
Always easy, pleasant, friendly, and quick.
