I must say “ it’s better to respond than to react. This was my first time at the Houston Eye Doctor. The Doctor was top notch , and very personable and everything my 80 year old sister said he was. However I was alerted earlier that I was “out of network” after I first got confirmation that I was covered. Well I did what any red blooded America would do!! I went off without getting accurate information. But I am grateful and thankful that the staff reached out to me and showed me the error of my ways and the error of my insurance company who is not on their grind. Dr. Mordi is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. You can tell he truly cares about his patient. My visit went really well and the appointment went by fast. No long wait times. I’ll be back for sure! Thanks to the doctor ans his incredible team.

Totally recommend this place! Staff is very friendly and explained everything patiently. I would definitely keep coming back here for my children’s eye care. Keep up the good attitude! Is always a pleasant experience.
