One thing that stood at to me as well was their transparency and care for my clothes! one of my white dresses had some black tire stain on it, they kindly left a note on the dress ( which they did bring to a better place) and let me know it would require specialty care. I respect this practice as helps me keep my clothes in the best shape. I will be going back regularly!!
