Service was fast and well done. They are a bit pricey but it's in the loop and they take care of your items. Plus they have a good system to keep you in the loop about your order. Will come again!

Would go back. Cleaned delicate Indian attire (beaded and lined lehenga blouses and skirts, saree, kurta, scarves) and suit jackets and pants with no damages. Cleaned king size duvet comforter insert without damages. Prices aligned with other stores and aligned with what they estimated over the phone. Their online tracker is convenient for tracking exactly what and how many items got dropped off as well as status of each item.

Omni helped me with a huge amount of clothing after a move / mold issue and I’m very happy with the quality and efficiency of their services. Naayaab was very attentive and helpdul with a variety of garments / care requirements.
