Kim is excellent! Professional, responsive, and negotiable. My husband has been using their dry cleaning services for his work clothes, shirts/suits/etc. I needed to get a non down comforter dry cleaned and Kim was able to meet us with pricing that matched other local competitive prices. Extremely easy to work with Kim and she was courteous and true to her word. I highly recommend this place.

I came here with a blank slate not expecting much, Yelp reviews weren't great. Surprise, they're great. I gave them my suits, shorts, comforters, silks etc and they do a great job. Had wardrobe with moldy smells from strife that they took special care of. The process is smooth and friendly and they have gone above and beyond for me, not only in the cleaning but the authentic customer service. I'm not sure what others may have experienced, but I have been through the best cleaners in NYC and these guys have my vote and my loyal business. Try them out before you miss them because they're doing it right.
