Customers say Twin Oaks on Woodway is the best cleaners they have ever experienced. They are friendly, professional, and helpful with any cleaning issues. They have removed stains that were thought to be permanent, including ink marks on a pastel designer dress and a stain on a satin jacket that came out beautifully. Clothes are always on time, and they have even been able to get an item before it was due back. While a bit pricier than most, it is worth it especially for designer pieces and special challenges. All experiences have been positive over many years, and the staff are friendly, courteous, nice, and professional.
Twin Oaks gives the same careful attention to laundering my T-shirts recently when my washer was out of order to the dry cleaning of a cocktail dress . I can’t say enough good about them ! The employees whom I have encountered are also kind & professional .
Twin Oaks on Woodway is the best cleaners I had ever experienced. I have been using for the past 40 30 years. They are so friendly, professional and helpful with any cleaning issues it questions. They have removed stains I thought were permanent, always clothes are on time, and have even been able to get me an item before it was due back when I had something come up. Highly recommend!
I love this cleaners. While a bit pricier than most, it’s worth it especially for designer pieces and special challenges. I had ink marks on the front of a pastel colored designer dress and they were able to remove it! I’d been told by a couple of other cleaners would not come out without discoloring dress. Thanks Twin Oaks for saving my dress!
