“When I moved into my new house, the drain for the washer hadn't been used in a while so when my new washer was installed, the drain would back up and overflow into my utility room every time a load was washed. I'd had another plumbing company out prior to calling Ballard but wasn't willing to pay what they were asking for un guaranteed work. Ballard was prompt, professional, accurate, and beyond reasonable. I'm recommending them to all of my family and friends and will be looking to them if any further plumbing issues arise. I love being able to do laundry without worrying about water backing up in my utility room.“
