We added 2 bedrooms a bathroom and a laundry room to our home, which almost doubled its size. I was so skeptical thinking that adding onto the house would destroy its curb appeal and just look ridiculous. We got estimates and plans from many contractors but ultimately decided on using Proper Remodels. I can honestly say that this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I couldn’t be happier with how the house turned out.
The whole process from start to finish took about 5 months even though the owner was going through some legal challenges. I feel like Derek was upfront and honest to me about everything going on and he didn't let it affect the quality of construction.

My wife and I recently purchased a brand-new home in Sour Lake and wanted to add some custom touches to truly make it our own. We hired Proper Remodels, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
They built a beautiful flush-mounted in-wall 150 gallon fish tank, a custom laundry room, and an incredible bookshelf/entertainment center that spans our entire living room wall. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish.

Absolutely the best!
Proper Remodles built my cedar pergola to specifications. They were at the job until completion and then some. Derick was willing to come out after the job and make changes as I needed. They also took out old window windows in living room and replaced with a large picture window . I do not believe there’s anything these guys cannot do and TO A “T” perfectly!!
I have recently reached back out to them to start new project because I ABSOLUTELY KNOW THEYBWILL DO IT RIGHT!! Thank you!!!
