“Summary: Premier provided quality work at competitive pricing and does so in a professional manner. They are flexible, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. I will be using them again. I’ve been around long enough, and managed enough renovations, to know the value of an honest and trustworthy contractor. Josue and his team at Premier Outdoor Living and Construction are both of those and more. I knew I was going to use Premier the moment Josue told me that “He valued his longstanding reputation in the community and would rather not do the job than to do something with his name attached to it that was questionable or sub-optimal”. Thankfully his bid was competitive with the two others I received. I found Premier by starting with a google search where I found almost 40 glowing reviews all with five-stars. I then ran a Better Business Bureau (BBB) check where they are A+ rated with 0 complaints and showing 9 years in business although Josue has many more years of experience in construction. We did encounter one minor issue during construction with some of the dimensions but Josue was quick and accommodating to resolve the issue and even went above and beyond to make some other changes that were not originally planned. I appreciated his flexibility and ability to adapt and the pricing changes were always discussed, transparent, and reasonable/fair. On previous projects I have typically hired an architect first. I appreciated Josue’s eye for design and ability to listen, visualize, describe, and layout the changes without the need for an architect. It helped to eliminate that step and ensured the design was constructable. Premier made our construction project a reality and did it in an honest, trustworthy, accommodating, fair, and professional manner. I will not hesitate to use them for our next project.“
